To be honest I think those tools are a little bit risky. You can use some of them to seed the channel or video, but if you use them for very long, there’s a pretty good chance that YouTube will penalize you.
One better thing you can do that a lot of people don’t know carries weight is simply to embed the video in multiple places. Embedding the video is interpreted as a vote for the video’s value by YouTube, even if you are embedding it on your own sites. Then you can send some traffic at the embedded pages which can also help you increase views.
